20 Telling Time Worksheet + Printable Clock No Prep Analog Digital Elapsed Time
Do your students need additional practice with telling time to the nearest 5 minutes? These no prep worksheets cover analog and digital time telling skills as well as time words, AM&PM and elapsed time. Just print and go! These are a great supplemental resource for your unit on telling time.
They are perfect for formative assessments, review, reteaching, homework or additional practice! With 2 of each worksheet, students can get the repeated practice they need to master telling and writing time!
What's included? (There are two versions of each worksheet)
•Printable Clock: Cut out the clock and attach the hands with a brass fastener so students can move the hands around to show the time. This will be a helpful resource as they are completing the worksheets. Even if you have mini-clocks for them to use, they can take this home as a resource!
•Convert time in words to analog (2) : Students will read the times in word form and draw the hands on the analog clock to represent the time.
•Convert time in words to digital (2): Students will read the times in word form and write the numbers on the digital clock to represent the time.
•Write time in words from analog (2): Students will read the time on an analog clock and write it in word form.
•Write time in words from digital (2): Students will read the time on a digital clock and write it in word form.
•Connect digital stopwatches to analog clocks (2): Students draw a line to connect time in digital to the matching time on an analog clock.
•Cut and paste digital times to analog clocks (2): Students cut and paste digital clocks and paste them up with the matching analog clock.
•AM or PM? (2): Students are given different activities. They circle AM or PM for the most likely time of day.
•Digital/Analog timeline (2): Students write hands on clocks and the corresponding digital time for different activities throughout their day.
•Elapsed time (2): Students will fill out a chart that includes start time, time passed and end time. One of the 3 is missing in each row.
•Elapsed time word problems (2): 12 total word problems covering elapsed time. Students will need to figure out start times, how much time has passed or end time.
Each worksheet comes with an answer key.
